We both travelled North/South yesterday to rainy Birmingham, to cross off another convention off our lists and this was definitely what I consider, one of, if not, the biggest life style event in this country. With the main focus being about street-wear and it’s culture. This event had everything it needed to keep you entertained, trainer stalls, food stalls, garms, accsesories, local artists, djs. The planning was clearly well done but the only thing that could not be predicted as usual in England was the weather…
But, the rain didn’t stop any of us! The crew stayed positive and didn’t let it dampen any spirits, queue’s formed, stalls were set and Brummy’s turned up by the taxi load. This wasn’t like your usual sneaker expo, the guys who had organised it had really put some good effort in, the venue was Perfectly sized for capacity and the hospitality was on point.
There was some heavy weights that turned up to sell their goods, including the likes of, Prime all the way from Holland, Small Feet Big Kicks, Strictly Sneakers and many more. All though this is only the second Sneaks & Peaks event they really put a professional edge on it and we’re both looking forward to the next one already!
So a big up is required for everyone in attendance, we got chilled vibes, plenty of socialising and all round vibrant flow.
Shouts to Sneaks & Peaks for going out there and doing what they do. See you next time!
